Our strength lies in our individuality. Set up by Rajendra Deshpande, the team strives to bring in the best talent in various fields, from architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.. Rajendra Deshpande (RD) has an experience of 35+ years in the infrastructure industry. Graduated in 1983, RD has worked in many government and private-sector organizations, such as Irrigation department of Government of Maharashtra, Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) and AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd. He has worked as a independent consultant (freelancer).
RD had an experience of computer programming languages from 1980s, when the computer field was in a very primitive stage, to the present time where the computers are everywhere, they have occupied our world. The innovative, cutting-edge technologies are dominating their use in the construction industry, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), automation using softwares, customized software for the key functions of construction, and high-value BIM process.
RD has a vast experienced of BIM processes, such as 3D modeling (architectural, MEP, structural, Fire safety), 3D clash detections, Bill of Materials (BoM), point cloude laser scanning, shop drawings, as-built drawings, rendering services, CAD drafting services, and project BIM coordination.

Unmesh Nayak joins the InfraGizmo team as a Creative consultant. He has a vast experience in applied arts and crafts. Founder and creative director of Unanemo, a visual art and design studio, that believes design can transform ideas and thoughts into visual masterpieces that reshape the world around us. Beyond the studio, he also serves as a distinguished teaching faculty at Rachana Sansad College of Applied Art and Craft, Mumbai, imparting knowledge and nurturing the next generation of design lumanaries.
Gauri Deshpande joins the InfraGizmo team as a Creative Director. She has a vast experience in arts and paintings. In addition, Gauri is the founder and owner of Luna's Pet Shop which serves for food, toys, and accessories for pet animals. Inclusion of Gauri in InfraGizmo brings a valuable asset to InfraGizmo team.
